At Mounaya, we take pride in offering unique, handcrafted items. Due to the nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

·      Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the receipt. Exchanges are only applicable for store credit.

·      Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the receipt. Exchanges are only applicable for store credit.

·      Non-Returnable Items: Customized pieces, jewelry, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
